Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Directions
- Toss plant-based chicken shreds, green onion, cilantro, chili sauce, and teriyaki. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Place lettuce cup on plate then portion chicken blend at room temperature and serve.
Ingredients
- 1 ea head of butterhead lettuce, leaves removed for cups
- 4 cups Green Origin® Philly chicken shreds
- 3 tbsp Asian Pride® chili sauce
- 1/4 cup Asian Pride® Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
