Coffee excellence starts at the source. We travel the mountains of South America, Africa and Asia to create relationships with small farms that produce exceptional beans. These multi-generational farmers are eager to share their craft. And we’re eager to pay them fairly for their hard work.

TASTE

Exceptional coffee is not possible without trial. We begin by light roasting our select beans so that we can taste a broad range of flavors. Our experts with expert palates then roast, taste and repeat until we’ve reached coffee perfection that suits the bean and the final cup.

Roasting is Coda Coffee’s signature. Our main goal is to honor and extract the bean’s natural flavors. Our coffee roasting team has decades of experience. They harness this knowledge to roast the various beans to emphasize their greatness. The result? Simply delicious coffee.
