Directions
- Prepare the Lamb Weston® Crispy on Delivery Fries 3/8" Regular Cut LW200 to the manufacturer's directions and toss with buffalo seasoning.
- Build fries adding cauliflower bites, buffalo sauce, and thin celery slices.
- Top with ranch and parsley.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Lamb Weston® Crispy on Delivery Fries, 3/8 in. Regular Cut LW200
- 5 oz Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, (see recipe below)
- 1 stick celery
- 2 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce, vegan
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing, vegan
- parsley, for garnish
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Directions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients into a smooth batter.
- Coat florets in the batter and then roll in panko.
- Fry for 2 and a half minutes at 350 degrees farenheight.

- 1 1/2 oz flour, all-purpose
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic, powder, and onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 oz panko breadcrumbs
- 5 oz cauliflower, florets
- 6 oz Buffalo wing sauce
