Allegiance® Honey Peri-Peri Ribs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except ribs in a food processor. Pour over ribs. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove ribs from cooler and marinade then sit at room temperature for an hour.
- When grill hits 250° cook ribs bone side down for 2 – 2 ½ hours. Rub ribs with marinade and place meat side down on foil then wrap. Cook ribs in foil for an additional 1 ½ -2 hours.
- Unwrap ribs and place meat side down on grill baste with marinade and char then serve.

- 1 3 3/4 lb Allegiance St Louis ribs
- 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/4 cup West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Jala-Mango
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Roma® minced garlic
- 3 tbsp West Creek® mustard brown, spicy
- 3 tbsp peri-peri seasoning
- 2 tbsp West Creek® Honey
