Bacio® Potato Bites
Directions
- Make half-inch cubes with Bacio block.
- Make 10 even sized mashed potato balls, cut in half. Place cheese cube in one half and cover with other half of potato ball. Repeat until all are done.
- Roll cheese-stuffed potato balls in flour, place in egg wash, then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat these steps until all potato balls are done then set aside.
- Place potato balls in fryer until golden brown.
- Place potato balls on plate, add dipping sauce, and serve.

- Bacio® Whole Milk Mozzarella Block
- 6 oz West Creek® mashed potatoes
- 3 oz Roma® breadcrumbs
- 3 oz egg wash
- 3 oz West Creek® Flour
