Bacon Candy Chocolate Ice Cream
Directions
- Place a large scoop of the ice cream in a dish, top with the bourbon sauce.
- Top with bacon candy and chopped toffee bar.
Ingredients
- 1/2 gal Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Chocolate
- 3 ea Heath Toffee Bars, chopped
Bourbon Sauce
Directions
- Blend the heavy cream; maple syrup, corn syrup and salt in a medium saucepan and stir. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce has reduced and thickened, 30-35 minutes. Stir in the whiskey and remove from the heat.
- Pour into a container and let cool. Refrigerate for a couple hours before service.

- 2 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- 1/2 cup West Creek® 5% Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup West Creek® corn syrup
- pinch of Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
Bacon Candy
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and place the bacon slices on the rack. Microwave the maple syrup and brown sugar for 15 seconds and mix. Brush the mixture on both sides of the bacon.
- Bake the bacon for approximately 20-30 minutes until crisp. Remove from the rack immediately and set aside to cool.
