Bacon Potato Salad Stuffed Burger
Directions
- Season hamburger, place on flat grill, and cook to the desired temperature.
- Butter brioche bun, place on flat grill.
- Prepare bacon and set aside.
- Place one hamburger on the bottom bun. Scoop potato salad over hamburger, forming a pancake shape. Layer bacon over potato salad. Add second hamburger, tomato slices, lettuce and top bun.
- Cut hamburger in half, facing the stuffed part out. Pick each side with bamboo pick, add side dish and serve.
