Bay Winds Lobster Roll
Directions
- Combine lobster, cajun seasoning, celery, mayonnaise, salt, white pepper, and lemon juice into a bowl. Let mixture stand for 3 hours.
- Place two 3 ounce scoops into the roll.
- Plate each roll with a lemon. Serve with a side of your choice.

- 1/8 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), split top
- 1 lemon star
- 1 stalk Peak Fresh Produce® Celery
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juiced
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
- 2 pinches West Creek® Salt
- 3 pinches white pepper, ground
