Directions
- Add all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to a boil.
- When at a boil, turn down and simmer for 30 minutes.

- 3/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, diced
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, sliced
- 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, chopped
- 28 oz Piancone® Tomato, Strips with Juice
- 15 oz Roma® Tomato(es), Ground
- 1/2 cup Piancone® red cooking wine
- 2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
- 2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
