Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Avocado Ranch
Directions
- Deep fry chicken tenders to 165°F internal temperature.
- Remove, drain, place in stainless steel bowl and toss with Buffalo Wing Sauce.
- Heat flour tortillas.
Top warmed tortillas with buffalo chicken, sliced celery, and blue cheese crumbles.
Drizzle with Avocado Ranch Dressing and top with cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
