Char Siu Lettuce Wraps
Directions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing together the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic and five spice powder.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 6 ounce portions and pour the marinade over the pork to cover. Marinate under refrigeration for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Prepare the yum yum sauce by mixing together the ketchup, mayonnaise, sriracha and rice vinegar and hold for service.
- As needed, grill or sauté the pork tenderloin portions over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 145 F.
- Thinly slice the cooked pork and serve on a sharable platter with the yum yum sauce, pickled red onions and pickle chips.

- 3 tbsp sugar, brown
- 3/4 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup Simply Heinz™ Ketchup, (for Yum Yum Sauce)
- 1/3 cup Simply Heinz™ Ketchup, (for marinade)
- 1/2 cup Kraft® Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Heinz® Bread & Butter Pickle Chips
- 1 cup onions, red, pickled
- 1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, (for Yum Yum Sauce)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar, (for marinade)
