Chicken Pesto Panini
Directions
- Place cheese on each side of the bread. Spread Pesto over one side of the cheese. Place the tomatoes over the pesto.
- Slice the chicken and shingle over the tomatoes. Place the bread together and butter each side.
- Place on Panini machine to toast. Cut on a bias and plate, add side and serve

- 2 oz. Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, sliced or shredded
- 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Sourdough
- 3 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
- 2 oz Roma® Pesto Basil Sauce
- 4 oz West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), cooked
