Directions
- Make spiced honey mixture by combining honey, salt, cinnamon, black pepper, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves in a small saucepot over medium heat. Warm very gently just to incorporate spices evenly into honey.
- Cool honey mixture and pour back into honey bear.
- As needed, pour honey into bottom of large, wide coffee cup and top with steamed milk. Add hot brewed coffee to taste.
- **this is also delicious with a splash of dark rum, cinnamon whiskey, brandy, or orange liqueur.

- 2 ea Guest House® 12 oz. Honey Bears
- 1/2 tsp Morton® Kosher salt
- 3 tsp Magellan® Cinnamon, ground
- 1 1/2 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground, very fine
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 tsp McCormick Culinary® Cloves, Ground
- Coda® Notorius Dark Roast, brewed, as needed
- steamed Nature's Best Dairy® Milk, Whole, as needed
