Green Origin™ Pepperoni & Olive Tapenade Lavash

Directions

  1. Place lavash on pizza screen and pre heat convection oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on lavash then sprinkle on shredded cheese. Now place 4-5 spoons of ricotta cheese on lavash. Arrange sliced pepperoni then bake for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven drizzle balsamic glaze on top, slice then serve.

  • 1 Heritage Ovens® lavash
  • 1/4 cup Olive Tapenade, (see recipe below)
  • 6 Green Origin™ Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Pizza Sauce, Prepared
  • 3/4 cup Piancone® ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bacio® cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Allow to sit overnight to blend flavors.

  • 2 tbsp Roma® Capers , nonpareil
  • 1 cup Roma® green olives, chopped
  • 1 cup Roma® Olives, Kalamata, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tsp Roma Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Parsley, Italian, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® crushed chili flakes, fine chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
