Green Origin™ Pepperoni & Olive Tapenade Lavash
Directions
- Place lavash on pizza screen and pre heat convection oven to 450 degrees F.
- Spread pizza sauce on lavash then sprinkle on shredded cheese. Now place 4-5 spoons of ricotta cheese on lavash. Arrange sliced pepperoni then bake for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove from oven drizzle balsamic glaze on top, slice then serve.

- 1 Heritage Ovens® lavash
- 1/4 cup Olive Tapenade, (see recipe below)
- 6 Green Origin™ Pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 cup Roma® Pizza Sauce, Prepared
- 3/4 cup Piancone® ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup Bacio® cheese, shredded
Roma Olive Tapenade
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Allow to sit overnight to blend flavors.

- 1/4 cup Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
- 2 tbsp Roma® Capers , nonpareil
- 1 cup Roma® green olives, chopped
- 1 cup Roma® Olives, Kalamata, pitted and chopped
- 1 tsp Roma Garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Parsley, Italian, minced
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® crushed chili flakes, fine chopped
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
