Grilled Chicken Flatbread
About this Recipe
Chicken, onions, zucchini and pears come together for an unexpected and unique flatbread option.
Start with a high quality olive oil like Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a flatbread primer. Use in-season produce for the best taste, and FarmSmart® All-Natural Chicken diced to bite size. Add a kick with red pepper if you like, or add more veggies cut into small pieces.
Grilled Chicken Flatbread
Directions
- Coat flat bread with olive oil.
- Top with tomatoes, chicken, pears, zucchini & red onion.
- Top with cheese, then sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Place on char grill for 4 minutes.
- Place in oven to finish melting cheese.
- Cut and serve.

- 1/2 pear(s), diced
- 2 pinches pepper, cracked
- 2 oz. Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 8 slices tomato(es), Roma, half moon
