Honey Crisp Apple Crumble
Directions
- Toss apples with lemon juice, flour, and sugar. Then arrange on bottom of a pie tin.
- In a bowl fold together oats, cinnamon, salt, walnuts, and brown sugar. Now add butter and using your fingers work in to form pea size balls.
- Place this crumble on top of the apples.
- Pre-heat oven to 350° degrees. Once heated place pie tin with crumble on center rack and cook for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Serve with some Nature’s Best Dairy® vanilla ice cream.

- 4 ea Peak Fresh Produce® honey crisp apples, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
- 1 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Lemon
- 2 tbsp West Creek® All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Magellan® walnut pieces
- 1 1/4 cup oats, rolled
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 1 tsp Roma® Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/8 tsp salt, sea
- 1/4 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, diced
- 6 ea Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla, scoops
