Italian Sausage Po'boy
Directions
- Butter roll and place on grill until toasted.
- Place link on char grill to cook, turn when needed. When link is done, slice into coins. Place ½ the sauce on bottom part of the bun. Shingle coined link over sauce.
- Drizzle rest of the sauce on sausage. Cover with cheese and melt. Place on plate, add side and serve
