Tomato Jam
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a large heavy bottom pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook 1 ½ hours until the consistency of a thick jam.
- Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp. red pepper, flakes, crushed
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
