Loaded Potato Burger
About this Recipe
Start with a crispy base of fried Entice® Culinary Tater Kegs. Pile on a premium mouth-watering Braveheart® Black Angus Burger with a thick slice of smoked cheddar cheese melted down all sides of it. Then cap it with a quilt of crispy fried Ridgecrest® Bacon and sunny-side-up Nature’s Best Dairy® egg, and you have a complete meal suitable for any time of the day!
Loaded Potato Burger
Directions
- Butter bun and place on grill.
- Season burger and place on char grill. Cook to desired temperature.
- When close to being done add cheese to melt.
- Place tater kegs in fryer to cook.
- Place egg on grill to cook, leaving it with a good yolk.
- When kegs are done, stand upright in the middle of the plate. Place bottom bun on top of the kegs.
- Place burger on top of bun and then add bacon to the burger then top with an egg. Add side and serve.
