Directions
- Hand toss the dough ball and place on pizza screen Spread Blue cheese dressing to cover dough evenly
- Place sliced, blanched potatoes on pizza to cover sauce Cover pizza with the Bacio cheese Place the seared Beef and shrimp on pizza so each slice (6) will receive both
- Place in pizza oven and drizzle with Mikes Hot Honey when it is completed
- Slice pizza into 6 slices so all guests can enjoy
