Directions
- Take dough ball and dab in flour. Roll out to 11 inch pizza.
- Place Strips in juice over bottom of dough. Top with capicola, prosciutto, and fresh mozzarella.
- Bake in oven. Let rest, then cut.
- Top with chopped basil and serve.

- 1 ea Roma® Dough Ball
- 3 oz Piancone® capicola ham
- 3 oz Piancone® prosciutto
- 4 oz Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
- 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chopped
- 3 oz Piancone® Tomato, Strips with Juice
