Peak Fresh Produce® Spring Salad
Directions
- Melt butter in sauté pan and add walnuts. Toast for 1 minute then add sugar and toss until sugar is melted.
- Season with Cajun and cayenne spices. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
- Toss greens and tomatoes with vinaigrette then place in center of plate. Top with sliced pears.
- Arrange croutons, blue cheese crumbles, and sprinkle with spiced walnuts.

- 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Arcadian Harvest Blend
- 2 1/2 oz Village Garden® Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® pear(s), half sliced
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Blue
- 6 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape
- 1/2 cup West Creek® croutons
- 1/4 cup Magellan® Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
- 1/8 tsp Roma® Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
