Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Mojo Sauce
Directions
- Season the tenderloin with chili, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Sear and roast in an oven to desired temperature.
- In a pot over medium heat add the cranberry sauce, vinegar, garlic and lime juice. Melt together. Stir in jalapeno, chipotle and cilantro. Slice the pork.
- Pour sauce over top.

- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Magellan® Chili
- 1 tsp Magellan® Cumin
- 14 oz. cranberry sauce, whole berry
- 1/4 cup Asian Pride® Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Jalapeño Pepper(s), minced
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
- 1 tsp Contigo Chipotle pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, chopped
