Prime Rib with Bourbon Brown Butter
Prime Rib with Bourbon Brown Butter
Directions
- Heat West Creek® Prime Rib according to package directions. Cut prime rib into equal portions, set aside.
- Make brown butter by starting with 2 pounds of unsalted butter cut into equal pieces and placing in a heavy bottom pot on medium heat. Cook until butter melts and bubbles. Watch carefully and keep cooking until butter browns and smells nutty. Add Bourbon at this time. Remove from heat and keep warm. Bourbon brown butter will yield enough for 8-10 servings.
