Green Origin® Southwest Veggie Delight
Directions
- In a bowl fold together grape tomatoes, roasted jalapeno, juice of fresh lime, honey, cilantro, eighth of a teaspoon of salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, pureed chipotle pepper and lime juice. Reserve for service.
- In a sauté pan over medium high heat add one tablespoon of butter flavored oil, onions, bell peppers, eighth of a teaspoon of salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes then reserve.
- Spread chipotle aioli on top and bottom of toasted brioche bun. Place a nest of the caramelized peppers and onions on bottom bun.
- Heat remaining tablespoon of butter flavored oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Place frozen patty in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until. Top patty with shredded cheddar cheese and cover pan to melt the cheese. Remove patty with melted cheese from pan and place on top of the nest of peppers and onions.
- Top with the grape tomato and roasted jalapeno relish and smile.

- 1 1/2 oz Bacio® White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 ea Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Brioche, toasted
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise, whole egg
- 1 tsp Contigo Chipotle pepper, pureed
- 1/4 tsp Ascend® Juice, Lime
- 1/4 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, julienne
- 1/4 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, julienne
- 2 tbsp Brilliance Butter Flavored Oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape, sliced into wheels
- 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Jalapeño Pepper(s), roasted, peeled, seeded, and small dice
- 1/2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
- 1/2 tsp West Creek® Honey
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
