Spiced Carnitas Tacos

Directions

  1. Combine the A.1. Sauce, chipotle in adobo, shredded pork and salt in a large pan. Heat until warmed through and hold for service.
  2. For each order build 3 tacos by heating up tortillas and topping each with 3 tablespoons of the seasoned shredded pork.
  3. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

  • 2 1/2 c. A.1. Steak Sauce
  • 5 Tbsp. adobo chipotle purée
  • 3 3/4 lbs. Shredded pork
  • 1 1/4 tsps. Kosher salt
  • 30 ea. Flour tortillas
  • 1 c. cheese shredded, cheddar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 30 ea. lime wedges
