Spicy FarmSmart Chicken Taco

Directions

  1. Toss chicken with gochujang allow to marinate overnight in refrigeration.
  2. In a sauté pan over medium heat add olive oil and cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  3. Warm flour tortillas.
  4. Slice chicken and portion on both tortillas. Top with onion slaw and guacamole then streak with tabasco sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 5 oz FarmSmart boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 4 in Contigo® Tortilla(s), Flour
  • 1/2 cup Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Contigo® Guacamole
  • 2 tbsp Natures Best tabasco sour cream , recipe follows
  • 2 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive

Sweet Onion Slaw

Directions

  1. In a sauté pan add olive oil, red onion, white onion, yellow onion, shallot, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are caramelized.
  3. Pour in sherry and allow to reduce by 2/3 rds.
  4. Remove from heat toss in green onions and allow to cool down under refrigeration.

  • 1/8 tsp Delectables black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienne
  • 1/8 tsp Delectables sea salt
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Shallot(s), julienne
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, julienne
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, julienne

Tabasco Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Combine all the above ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until needed.

  • 1 tsp lime, juice
  • 3/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco® Sauce
